We’re supporting a global industrial company in finding a freelance Digital Communications Consultant to strengthen their internal digital communication efforts.

You’ll be part of a digital transformation program, helping ensure internal stakeholders are informed, aligned, and engaged around new platform capabilities, tool rollouts, and digital initiatives.

Scope of Work

  • Develop and execute internal digital communication activities around platforms and tools.
  • Simplify complex technical topics into clear, concise messages for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with digital product owners to plan communication strategies and content.
  • Maintain and update content across internal SharePoint sites and hubs.
  • Produce communication materials such as newsletters, short videos, illustrations, and presentations.
  • Align messaging and visual standards across all channels.

Required Competencies

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital communication or internal communication.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English (native-level).
  • Proven experience with SharePoint CMS (content management and publishing).
  • Ability to create or coordinate short-form video content (e.g. Clipchamp, Canva, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of digital workplace tools and internal comms best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to project delivery.
