We’re looking for an experienced Freelance PMO Support to assist a major Nordic flow-based implementation.
You’ll work closely with the Program Manager and ensure day-to-day coordination, structure, and alignment across multiple Nordic and European stakeholders.
✔ Manage programme overviews, milestones, plans & risk registers
✔ Coordinate across TSOs, RCCs, NEMOs & regional working groups
✔ Maintain project plans, dependencies & SteerCo reporting
✔ Support roadmap, scope, stakeholder alignment & communication
✔ Prepare steering materials, meeting minutes & follow-up actions
✔ Bring strong PMO experience from complex multiparty programmes
✔ Background in capacity calculation, flow-based or market coupling is a strong advantage
✔ Experience from TSO/RCC-driven energy sector projects is required
Allocation:
Full-time (100%) for the full duration of the programme.
