We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead a regional implementation project within the Nordic Flow-Based Programme.
You will coordinate multiple sub-projects, secure alignment across TSOs, RCC, NEMOs and working groups, and ensure structured delivery from start-up to implementation.
✔ Lead the regional flow-based implementation project and its sub-projects
✔ Build strong stakeholder relationships and secure engagement across TSOs, RCCs & NEMOs
✔ Set up governance, project approach and detailed project plans with clear milestones
✔ Oversee requirements, design input, and cross-team coordination with PMO, testing and go-live leads
✔ Manage risks, dependencies, prerequisites and overall progress tracking
✔ Drive communication and transparent reporting to programme management & SteerCo
✔ Solid experience running multiparty projects in the regional energy sector is essential
✔ Background with capacity calculation, market coupling or flow-based topics is a strong advantage
Allocation:
80% for the duration of the programme.
