We are looking for an experienced Freelance Test Manager to support a major Nordic flow-based implementation project. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing test activities across multiple European and Nordic stakeholders.
You will lead test phases such as FIT, SIT, procedural tests, and Member Tests, ensuring alignment, readiness, and compliance throughout the programme. The assignment also involves close collaboration with local test managers, steering groups, and regulatory stakeholders.
To succeed, you bring strong experience with complex multi-stakeholder test coordination, solid knowledge of capacity calculation processes, and a proactive, structured approach to driving progress and resolving challenges.
Best-to-have experience:
• Leading end-to-end test processes in large IT or energy-sector programmes
• Flow-based or capacity calculation–related testing (Nordic or European projects)
• Coordinating across TSOs, RCCs, NEMOs or similar regulatory/market actors
• Defining test cases, scripts, runbooks, and mapping requirements to test plans
• Handling defect management, reporting, and communicating risks to Steerco level
Allocation:
~50% until March 2026, then 100% from April 2026 onward.
