We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Work Group Lead to support the Nordic flow-based programme and its regional implementation activities.
You will coordinate working groups, align stakeholders, manage documentation, and drive process changes across TSOs, RCCs, NEMOs, and regional project teams.
✔ Lead and coordinate working groups across Nordic and European stakeholders
✔ Ensure collaboration with Go-Live Manager, Test Manager & Programme WG Lead
✔ Drive changes to business processes, procedures & implementation activities
✔ Maintain documentation, procedures, role descriptions & dependencies
✔ Align requirements, clarify needs and secure transparent communication
✔ Support reporting, planning, templates, progress tracking & follow-up
✔ Strong background in multi-stakeholder programmes is essential
✔ Experience with TSOs, capacity calculation or market coupling projects is a strong advantage
Allocation:
Full-time (100%) for the duration of the programme.
